There are many variables with custom framing so every project is different! Bring your item in to our showroom so we can have a chat about the different options available and give you a firm, obligation-free quote at the same time.

As a guide, please allow 2-3 weeks for most work. This is a rough estimate only and circumstances such as items being out of stock or large volumes of work may delay the estimated completion date. We do our best to accommodate quicker turnarounds where possible, so if you need your frame by a set date just let us know at the time of order and we will confirm if it is possible.

We welcome walk ins, our showroom is open Wednesday - Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-1pm. Alternatively bookings are available through our website for Mondays & Tuesdays.

Sometimes. Photos are generally not an accurate reference, so our recommendation is to bring the existing frame in so we can match the finish and size as closely as possible. If the moulding has been discontinued, we can source options for an alternative.

All of our work is completed on site in our workshop. We will let you know upfront if an item needs to be sent off site for any reason (e.g. mounting of an oversize print).
